Blending of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The two types were on different paths for long. After fermenting on the skin of the grape, both types are put into wooden barrels, without pressing the grapes, where they spend 17 months. When the months passed, the blending begins. The quality ingredients and the fermenting in barrels resulted in a harmonic red wine, with the taste of blackberries and dark chocolate.
