GENERAL INFORMATION

Products sold by Dominiumwine as a vendor can be ordered by calling www.dominiumwine.com, by e-mail or through our web store. As with traditional stores, only customers over the age of 18 may purchase alcohol at our winery.

No registration is required to view the online shop, which is free for anyone to view.
 The webshop is a virtual catalogue of Dominiumwine and does not reflect the current stock list.

PRODUCTS

Dominiumwine makes every effort to display the essential characteristics of its products as accurately as possible, however, there may be a discrepancy between the image and the description of the product. We cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur during the uploading of the page, if you notice any such problem please send us an e-mail.

The product descriptions on our website contain the exact name of the product and the gross purchase price in HUF. (The prices indicated below the products are the prices of the bottles without discount.) Dominiumwine reserves the right to change the prices. In all cases, the products will be invoiced at the price indicated in the sales price list sent to the purchaser or at the price confirmed to him.

REGISTRATION AND ORDERING
Registration is free of charge, online, by filling in and sending a form. We cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from incorrectly completed forms. The purchase in the online shop or the order placed by telephone or e-mail will result in a contract between the parties, as between them. The language of the contract is Hungarian.

Dominiumwine will notify the customer verbally of the acceptance of the purchase if the order is placed by telephone, or by e-mail confirmation if the order is placed online.
 In the case of online purchases, the customer can put the products ordered in a virtual shopping basket. Before the order is sent, the contents of the basket can be viewed and it is possible to modify or delete the contents of the basket.

You can place your order at any time of the day. There is no minimum order quantity.

By using the webshop or by placing an order by e-mail or telephone, the user accepts the general terms and conditions of purchase, acknowledges that they are binding on him/her and, by placing an order, each customer declares that he/she is aware of the order procedure.

The purchase will only be considered accepted and registered if the fields on the order page are fully completed by the customer. Dominiumwine cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from failure to do so, or for any technical problems that may arise during the process. Purchasing from the online shop implies the customer's knowledge and acceptance of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance and errors that may occur.

In the webshop, we can only accept orders to Hungarian addresses. If you would like to order to a foreign address, please contact us at info@dominiumwine.com and ask for our individual offer!
DELIVERY, RECEIPT OF ORDER

Orders can be fulfilled within 5 working days. The customer accepts the delivery method when placing the order. Delivery to the specified address will be made between 8am and 5pm, so please request delivery to an address where it can be delivered within this time frame. Payment method: cash on receipt of the parcel.

Shipping cost: 2000 Ft per order throughout Hungary. Free delivery for orders over HUF 20 000 throughout the country. Security box cost: 1200 Ft / 12 bottles.

The customer will receive an e-mail notification from the courier service on the day of pick-up or delivery, including the parcel number, the amount of the cash on delivery, the sender and their details.

The buyer is obliged to check the parcel at the time of delivery and to sign the receipt in case of complete delivery. After that, we are not able to accept any complaints about defects. If the parcel is not accepted at the time of delivery, the courier service will inform the customer of this and will attempt to deliver the parcel again (three free delivery attempts).

Our courier is only entitled to deliver the parcel if the recipient pays the amount indicated.

In the webshop, we can only accept orders to Hungarian addresses. If you would like to order to a foreign address, please contact us at info@dominiumwine.com and ask for our individual offer!
RESIDUAL RIGHT

In the case of a distance contract, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods, so if the goods are returned to us undamaged within 14 days, we will return the goods for a full refund. As a general rule, the day of receipt of the goods does not count towards the above time limit. You may communicate your intention to withdraw from the contract in person, by telephone, by post, by sending a clear declaration by e-mail or by using the model declaration in the annex to Government Decree No. 45/2014 (26.II.).

Please make sure that the goods are undamaged each time you receive them, because in case of cancellation we can only take back the product intact! The consumer bears the costs incurred in returning the goods as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal. No other costs are charged to the consumer.

Opinion and market research, direct marketing, sending offers and orders for advertising newsletters and promotions, completing purchases, issuing invoices, carried out by the website operator as Data Controller in the context of its services.

The above personal data is processed for the purposes of accessing, providing and maintaining the services provided by the Data Controller through the website and for the purposes of improving the Services and developing new services.

THE DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING:
5 (Five) years from the date of the withdrawal of the user's authorisation to process the data, but no later than 5 (Five) years from the date of the termination of the possibility to use the services described above (in particular, unsubscribing from the newsletter service, placing an order and issuing an invoice).

LEGAL BASIS AND METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING, TRANSFER OF DATA:
Certain information and data are essential to place your order, complete your purchase and issue your invoice. The provision of information on the Dominiumwine website is voluntary, and by registering, the customer agrees to the processing of his/her personal data. When placing an order, we only ask our customers for information that is strictly necessary to complete the order. This information will not be disclosed to third parties. The only exceptions to this are information that is necessary for the delivery of the product. By using the website, the user assumes full responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided.

Dominiumwine processes personal data in compliance with the applicable legislation in force at any given time, in particular with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

RIGHTS RELATING TO DATA PROCESSING, LEGAL REMEDIES:
If you have any questions about the above privacy policy, please contact Dominiumwine using any of the contact details provided above. The personal data will be destroyed by Dominiumwine if the purpose for which it was collected ceases to exist or at the request of the registered person. In addition, Dominiumwine is ready at any time to provide information about the personal data processed or to modify them upon request.

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING:
Acknowledging the above, as a user of the Dominiumwine website, I declare that, in connection with the services provided by the Data Controller through the website, I make the following voluntary, informed and explicit declarations in relation to the personal data I have provided and which are indicated in this declaration:

- I give my consent for the Data Controller to send me information, advertising, promotional offers and other marketing communications about its products and services by means of a newsletter, as set out in the Website's Terms of Use, by means of direct marketing using the personal and contact details I have provided.
- I voluntarily give my consent to the Controller to register and process my personal data indicated above for the above period and for the purposes of processing.
- I declare that this declaration constitutes my consent to the protection of my personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

LEGISLATION APPLIED
The legal relationship between Dominiumwine and the purchasers and the terms and conditions of purchase shall be governed by the Hungarian legislation in force, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code and related legislation. Should any provision of these "General Terms and Conditions of Purchase" be invalid, it shall no longer apply and the invalid provision shall be replaced by the provisions of the law, with the proviso that the provisions not affected by the foregoing shall continue to have full effect.

In the event of a quality complaint, in order to settle the consumer dispute out of court, the consumer has the right to have recourse to the conciliation body of the place of residence or domicile, or, failing that, of the place of establishment of the undertaking or body authorised to represent the consumer in the consumer dispute. Otherwise, consumer complaints may be lodged with the competent consumer protection authority.

MONITORING SYSTEM

We would like to inform you that Vinum Dominium Ltd., as the data controller, operates an electronic surveillance system (CCTV system) in the guesthouse operating under the name Dominium Winery and Pension. The electronic surveillance systems of the pension are managed by the staff of Vinum Dominium Ltd.

Please note that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR") and the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Information Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter "Act CXII of 2011") apply to the rules on the recording, use and retention of images and audio recordings.

The electronic surveillance system is operated for the protection of human life, limb and property, for the prevention and detection of infringements and accidents, for the detection of offenders and for the proof of infringements, as detailed below.

The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of Vinum Dominium Ltd. in achieving the above purposes [Article 6(1)(f) GDPR]. Vinum Dominium Ltd. has carried out an interest balancing test on its legitimate interest, which has established that the pursuit of its legitimate interest is proportionate to the restriction of the interests of the data subjects, subject to the introduction and ongoing observance of appropriate safeguards. The scope of the data processed: the image and behaviour of the guests as they appear in the photographs.

To ensure the secure handling of personal data, the data stored on the server is protected by a personal username and password, which allows you to identify who has access to the data and when.

The right to view the current image of the cameras is reserved to the authorised managers and owners of Vinum Dominium Ltd. The managing director and owners of the guesthouse are authorised to view the images from the cameras.

The recordings stored in the camera surveillance and recording system operated by Vinum Dominium Ltd. are used solely for the purpose of proving violations of human life, bodily harm and property and identifying the perpetrator,

or for the purpose of investigating other incidents or accidents involving life or limb, by persons authorised to do so.

Vinum Dominium Ltd. shall keep a record of the access to the recorded data, the name of the person who accessed the data, the reason and the time of access. Data may only be transferred to the authorities or courts in the event of proceedings pending in respect of unlawful conduct or breach of duty. The data transmitted may include the recordings made by the camera system containing relevant information and the names of any persons who may appear on the recording. Please be informed that data subjects whose rights or legitimate interests are affected by the recording of images and sound recordings may request a copy of the recordings made of them by the electronic surveillance system and may request the deletion of the recordings in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. In addition, anyone whose right or legitimate interest is affected by the recording of images and sound recordings may, within 3 working days of the recording of the images and sound recordings, request that the data not be destroyed or deleted by Vinum Dominium Ltd. by providing evidence of his or her right or legitimate interest. You are also informed that you can request information about the processing of your personal data from Vinum Dominium Kft. at any time. You may also request the rectification or blocking of your personal data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. You may also object to the processing of your personal data. Please note that in the event of a violation of your rights, you may take legal action in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, and you may also file a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information to initiate an investigation on the grounds that there has been or is an imminent threat of a violation of rights in relation to the processing of your personal data.

The purpose of surveillance is also to prevent and investigate accidents in the common areas of the establishment.

The purpose of surveillance is primarily to protect the property, equipment and supplies of the guesthouse, and in this respect, it is particularly appropriate to monitor the entrances, reception and common areas of the guesthouse. The purpose of surveillance is also to prevent and investigate the circumstances of accidents in the common areas of the establishment.
